Our first project for the City of Saskatoon was a great learning experience for our crew as we completed our first significant commercial turnaround. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with public and private partners on their projects and take pride in being able to deliver an industry-standard finish.

After the successful completion of our first City project, we were again brought on in another one of their properties to complete a turnaround for a partner community organization. Thanks again to Saskatoon Land for their continued collaboration!

We are experienced in apartment maintenance and turnarounds. Every suite and common space in this four story walk-up received a full facelift for repurposing by one of our partner community organizations. Work in affordable and supported housing is a key aspect of Build Up Saskatoon’s work, as well as it’s parent organization Quint Development.
Composite Deck (after)
This project was our first working with composite deck boards and we were pretty happy with the results – always learning, always growing!

We can help with custom fence builds as this project demonstrates. Plus our crew welcomes a bit of time in the fresh air!
